Monthly plan data resets each month on the activation date. Data packs last until used and never expire. Prices across these two billing options aren’t directly comparable over the same period.

Choose a plan based on how often you use it

Regular use? Choose a monthly plan. Irregular use? Consider a data pack.

For everyday use of international routes. Choose a tier based on your actual data use, then consider whether you need a larger monthly allowance. Don’t choose based on device count alone.

Light browsing

Monthly plan · 60GB

¥9.9/month

For text searches, email, technical docs, and AI chat in a browser.

  • 60GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • Anonymous, no-logs policy
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds

If you’re still figuring out how much data you need, this tier is a good place to start. Text-based browsing typically uses less data than video or large files, though images, attachments, and background sync also count. Check actual usage in the dashboard; don’t assume the allowance translates to a fixed number of hours.

Choose this plan

Data resets monthly on the activation date. For light use; this is not an unlimited-data plan.

Everyday mixed use

Monthly plan · 250GB

¥18/month

For switching between research, AI tools, developer collaboration, and video.

  • 250GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • Anonymous, no-logs policy
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds

If you use international routes for both work and leisure, compare this tier’s allowance with your needs. Multiple devices share the same data allowance. Video quality, file syncing, and app updates all affect how quickly it’s used. List the apps you use most before choosing, so your data budget reflects your actual needs—not just the plan name.

Higher data needs

Monthly plan · 500GB

¥28/month

For frequent video streaming, downloading work files, or using multiple devices.

  • 500GB monthly data
  • Unlimited devices
  • Anonymous, no-logs policy
  • 14-day no-questions-asked refunds

Compare this tier if your usage history shows that a smaller allowance isn’t enough. More data gives you room for file transfers and video, but doesn’t guarantee access to any particular service. Choose routes based on your location, app requirements, and local network, and keep an eye on your remaining data.

Data resets monthly on the activation date. A larger allowance doesn’t mean unlimited data or a dedicated route.

Included with every plan

Plans differ in data allowance and billing. Device support, coverage, and privacy practices are listed separately below.

Unlimited devices
Use a computer or any other supported platform as needed. Don’t infer a device limit from a plan name, and keep device count separate from data allowance.
110+ countries / 240+ routes
Choose an exit location based on your destination and app requirements. Coverage doesn’t mean every route works with every service. See the server list for location details.
Anonymous, no-logs policy
VPNIon follows an anonymous, no-logs privacy policy. Account details, order information, and network use are separate matters. See the Privacy Policy for full details on data handling.
Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux
Get client apps from the user dashboard. Sign in to access your subscription. Non-iOS clients are available to download after signing in; check the dashboard for iOS access requirements.
Using AI tools and streaming services
Choose a route based on the service’s location requirements. Eligibility for AI accounts, streaming libraries, and platform risk controls are determined by each service. Plans don’t include paid benefits from those platforms.
Support tickets in the dashboard
Sign in and open a support ticket for account, order, or connection issues. Include the platform you’re using, what happened, and relevant order details to help identify whether the issue is about billing or connectivity.

Monthly plans vs. data packs

Start by considering how regularly you use the service, then choose an allowance. There’s no need to convert different billing options into assumed usage hours.

Data allowance is not a speed guarantee

The GB amount in a plan refers to available data, not connection speed, and it can’t be used to calculate how long you can stream video. Actual usage depends on content quality, file sizes, and background app activity. A larger plan meets higher data needs; it doesn’t guarantee access to a particular website, the status of an AI service account, or access to a streaming library.

Separate access issues from data issues

If you can’t access a service, first check your account status and remaining data in the dashboard, then check your client connection and the target app. If the issue is caused by the app’s location rules or your sign-in status, adding data may not help. See the getting started guide for route selection. For regional requirements and persistent connections with AI tools, see the AI acceleration guide.

Orders & payments

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT

Before paying, check the plan name, billing option, and amount. View orders and payment status in the user dashboard.

View plans in the dashboard

Choose a plan to start an order

Plan buttons on this page take you to the plans section of the user dashboard; they don’t charge you directly. Check the allowance and billing option before continuing as prompted. If you don’t have an account yet, no email address is required—just a username and password. Keep your account details safe. Manage your subscription, orders, and support tickets from the same dashboard.

Pay using the checkout instructions

VPNIon accepts Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. After selecting a payment method, follow the checkout details for that order. Don’t transfer money based on a different order or past transaction. When paying with USDT, carefully check the network and payment details shown at checkout. Don’t guess the network, amount, or recipient address.

Confirm your order status after payment

After paying, return to the order page to check the result. If your payment receipt and dashboard status don’t match, first confirm they refer to the same order. Keep your receipt, then open a support ticket with the order details and a description of the issue. Don’t pay for the same order repeatedly because of a display delay, and never post your account password or subscription details publicly.

Refund policy

14-day no-questions-asked refunds

Check how the service works with your devices and everyday apps before deciding whether it suits ongoing use. Review the refund policy separately from plan allowances. A trial link does not imply extra data or discounts not listed on this page.

Submit a request in the user dashboard

Sign in and open a support ticket. Clearly explain your refund request and include the order details. If there’s a payment issue, attach your receipt to help us verify it. Check replies and updates in the ticket. Don’t share account details in public comments.

Read the Terms of Service for the complete refund policy. Refund processing depends on the order review and payment provider; this page makes no additional promise about processing times. If more information is needed, reply in the same ticket to keep the conversation together.

Billing & refunds: FAQs

Find answers about pricing, devices, refunds, and payment rules.

How much do VPNIon plans cost?

Plans start at ¥9.9/month: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Data packs cost ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They never expire and last until used.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no device limit. Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux are supported. Keep an eye on your remaining data when using multiple devices: unlimited devices doesn’t mean unlimited data.

What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Refunds are available within 14 days, no questions asked. Sign in to the user dashboard, open a support ticket, explain your request, and include the relevant order details. Review the full refund policy in the Terms of Service before submitting. Processing time depends on the order review and payment provider.

Which payment methods do you accept?

Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are accepted. Choose a plan in the user dashboard and check the order total, then follow the checkout instructions to pay. Return to the order page to confirm the result. If the status hasn’t updated, keep your payment receipt and contact support through a ticket.

When does monthly plan data reset, and can I upgrade mid-cycle?

Data resets monthly on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Before upgrading, check the prorated amount and order details shown in the dashboard. A monthly reset does not mean unused data rolls over.

Do data packs expire, and how are they different from monthly plans?

Data packs never expire and last until used; their allowance doesn’t reset monthly. Monthly plans suit regular use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. Data packs suit irregular use when you want to plan access around your remaining allowance.
